We place professionals across the full technology stack — software engineers (frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile), DevOps and cloud engineers, data engineers and analysts, QA and automation specialists, UI/UX designers, solution architects, product managers, and technology leadership including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Data. If the role touches technology, we can source for it.
Three main options: Permanent placement — end-to-end recruitment for full-time hires. Contract staffing — flexible IT talent on short-term or rolling engagements. Contract-to-hire — a trial period on contract with the option to convert to permanent once both sides are confident it's a fit. We also provide consulting engagements on workforce strategy and team design.
Most mid-level engineering roles are filled within 2 to 4 weeks of kickoff. Senior and specialized roles typically take 3 to 6 weeks. Executive IT searches (CIO, CTO, VP-level) run longer — usually 6 to 10 weeks — because of the care required. We'll share a realistic timeline upfront after understanding your role and must-have criteria, and we check in regularly so there are no surprises.

We are Toronto-based and have deep reach into the Greater Toronto Area tech community, but our candidate network spans all of Canada and includes remote-first professionals for Canadian-eligible roles. Let us know your preference — on-site, hybrid, remote, or remote-with-occasional-travel — and we'll filter accordingly.
Everything in active enterprise use: JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js, Node, Angular), Java and the JVM ecosystem, .NET and C#, Python (Django, FastAPI, data/ML tooling), Go, mobile (iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin, React Native, Flutter), cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps (Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD), and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Postgres, MongoDB). Every candidate goes through a structured screen before reaching your team: technical validation for the specific role, a behavioural and communication screen, verification of the experience claimed on their résumé, and reference checks with previous managers. We only present people we would be comfortable placing on our own roster. On average we shortlist 3 to 5 candidates per role.
We work on standard contingent-fee or retained-search models depending on the engagement — you only pay on successful placement for contingent roles, and search fees are structured transparently for retained and executive work. Contract staffing is billed at a clear hourly or monthly rate with no hidden markups. Every engagement begins with a signed NDA, and we're experienced supporting clients under stricter compliance regimes (financial services, healthcare, government).
